I suggest to everyone, don't waste your money on a Sleep Number bed, we totally wasted over $2000.00. The beds are horrible, reminds me of a cheap hotel mattress. Bottom line I attempted to discuss with this situation with Sleep Number, their response was sorry, pretty much live with it. There is a return period of 30 days and I knew that but by the time we got the bed assembled after it had sat for two weeks because we had other things to do, and slept on the bed for about a month,they said, oh well. 12926da
