To anyone thinking about buying a Sleep Number bed. Don't. We just purchased one and we now find that the store manager, who sold us the bed, after 3 separate visits, lied to us about the bed, the warranty, the return policy and the features of the bed.
They claim the bed is fully refundable; it is not". They claim that if anything goes wrong with the bed for 20 years, it's fully covered/. It's not?. And when we went back to the store to complain, the manager was belligerent, made no attempt to listen to our complaints, no attempt to remedy the situation;. He said that we were disrupting business and called mall security to make us leave?. Oh, we were scared!.
Beware; this is how Sleep Number Bed Company treats their customers|. Once you buy the unit, you are screwed/.
Don't buy their bed.

The only complaint I have is that the controls are losing their numbers. I get partial numbers. I'm so used to my number that it it gets changed I can find my comfort zone be feel. I miss my bed when I'm away. |

This is a great way to keep these business's from ripping people off. I just recently applied and was accepted for credit to purchase a sleep number mattress. I thought I should check on some reviews before buying. Ok, now I will hold off on this purchase. I am leaning against it big time. Thanks, I am pretty convinced not to buy one now! |

Then when he came out of the mall, I gave him $3,000 worth of *** beating, his lying days might hopefully be over now. |
