Two years ago I purchased a Sleep Number bed, frame, etc., the TOP OF THE LINE MODEL, complete with adjustable bed frame. Since that time it has been not only uncomfortable, but one failed part after another and the company does not stand behind the components. Besides all that, the bed weights a quarter ton and cannot be moved by less than 3 people.
The first complaint is the bed's weight, followed closely by it's financing, which seems to grow after your signature. Next, the bed delivered by the most incompetent people you can imagine". That is followed by discovery of the discomfort, as it is not support around the edges of the air pillow well, being surrounded by foam which mushes down/. Overall, the bed is never quite adjustable enough to become comfortable?.
After a couple of months, the parts start to fail with regularity;. Every few months parts fail that were not even used 10 times?. The inflation remote failed at 3 months and it took a major fight and a lawyer to get it warranteed:. Followed by a bed riser motor failure at 5 months and again the major fight, but no lawyer:. A few months later, again the inflation remote failed and for about $85 I can get another one;. This company *** and so does the bed. 12928eb
